PATTERN LIBRARIES

All patterns have been prepared for use with plasma, oxyfuel, waterjet or laser in mind.

Files are supplied sized to be suitable for plasma cutting. They do not have kerf or lead in's as these would be incorrect when scaled and because cuts with lead in's are interpreted as open profiles by many prep packages and will not nest. Cuts are 2D DXF polylines accepted by almost all prep software. Use your prep software for kerf, lead in's, cut sequencing and nesting. If you do not have such software, you can do without but it simplifies the process. Contact us and we will be glad to help you find suitable prep software for your machine. Most of these patterns are converted from antique paper woodworking templates that are over 100 years old. We have added a variety of others to round out a set of useful designs to get you started.

Below is just a sample of what is included. These range from simple to very complex. Since they are in DXF format, you can combine them with other graphics, text, each other, scale, rotate or copy to create unique products.
